While serving in the Police department, the book speaks up about how he discharged the duties towards: Law and Order, suppression of inter-caste clashes, maintaining of communal harmony, acting as a good humanitarian, risk ridden VVIP escort duties, drive against evils of narcotics, strengthening the coastal security against the infiltration of Srilankan militants, engaging the sensitive investigation, and at last how he was fixed in the stamp scam by hatching the conspiracy by interested quarters. The book trumpets his career with 71 titles each expounding 71 separate events vividly and clearly.
