The seriousness of the Organized Crime in Indian situation lacks a comprehensive empirical knowledge base. Regrettably there has been little done and vast undone in terms of research on Organized Crime. This book on Organ- ized Crime by a Police Officer is a blend of his rich experience in dealing with notorious organized criminals in the City of Chennai and his in-depth study among 59 criminal gangs empirically. This book brought to light various forms of crime by organized criminal gangs in the city of Chennai in all dimensions.
